Oil prices turned lower on Monday morning ET in a relatively calm and steady thin trade due to the Easter holiday. As of 9:35 a.m. EDT on Monday, the U.S. benchmark WTI Crude was down by 0.29% at $80.43, and the international benchmark, Brent Crude, was down by 0.39% on the day at $84.74. Oil booked a major 7% gain last week, which was a day shorter due to Good Friday.
