Oil prices were set early on Friday to end the month of October with a 10-percent gain as the global energy crunch and rebounding demand have reduced inventories and tightened the oil market. As of 10:13 a.m. EDT on Friday, WTI Crude was down 0.62% at $82.34, and Brent Crude was down 0.09% to $84.31.
