A regional German court has dismissed a challenge by Rosneft against the planned sale of Shell’s stake in one of the largest German refineries, in which both companies hold interests. The Düsseldorf regional court dismissed Rosneft’s complaint as lacking legal grounds, a spokesperson for the court told Reuters on Wednesday.
